You can choose between 14pt uncoated stock and 16pt silk-laminated stock. The uncoated option offers a natural feel, while the silk-laminated stock provides a smooth, matte finish that enhances the foil's brilliance.
No, each Foil Worx order allows for only one foil color per card. For instance, you cannot have gold foil on the front and silver on the back; the same foil color must be used throughout the entire card.
You'll need to provide a separate foil mask file indicating where the foil should be applied. This mask should use solid black (100% K) to denote foil areas and white for non-foil areas. If combining foil with Spot UV, separate mask files for each effect are required, and the foil and UV areas should be at least 1/16" apart to prevent peeling.
