These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the 72HRPrint.com website ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules posted on the Site. All additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. 72HRPrint.com reserves the right to modify the Site and these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use each time you access the Site.

Electronic Communications

You agree that all legal communications and notices from us to you may be provided electronically either by posting on our website or by email. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically by contacting customer care, but such withdrawal may result in the termination of your account.

Messaging Terms & Conditions

By opting into messages from 72HRPrint.com, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You can opt-out of receiving messages at any time by texting "STOP". For help, text "HELP" or email WeCare@72HRPrint.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Before transferring your mobile number, notify us or reply "STOP". Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

General

All transactions conducted online at 72HRPrint.com or by phone are subject to the laws of the State of Florida. 72HRPrint.com is not liable for delays or damages resulting from its Shipping Partners, Machinery Breakdown, Acts of God, or other actions including War, Riot, Seizure, and Embargo. The tools available on 72HRPrint.com for document creation are the property of 72HRPrint.com and its affiliates. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions governed by applicable state laws.

Reservations

We reserve the right to reject any order at any time and to change prices at our discretion, even after receiving an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, no returns can be made once an order is processed and/or shipped. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days of receiving the merchandise. We will replace only those orders processed incorrectly, upon receipt of returned merchandise. No replacement will be provided if misuse or mishandling by the buyer is determined.

Credit Card

If a Buyer's credit card is declined, we will not process the order. Delinquent accounts may incur a 2% monthly finance charge (24% APR). Future purchases may require advance payment if accounts exceed payment terms. Legal action for enforcement may result in the Buyer paying reasonable legal fees and costs.

Warranty

72HRPrint.com makes no explicit warranties other than possible replacement of purchased products. We do not guarantee replacement or credit of defective products.

Shipping

Shipping terms are F.O.B. Florida. We arrange shipping on behalf of the buyer, who assumes responsibility for shipping and handling costs. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage during shipping.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or economic damages arising from the performance or nonperformance of our obligations. Buyers agree not to hold us responsible for claims alleging violations of copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights related to our services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cancelled prior to proof approval are subject to a $35 fee; after proof approval but before production, a $60 fee applies. No refunds are issued once an order is in production. For cancelled dye sublimation orders after proof approval and fabric ordering, no refunds are granted; refunds, when applicable, are provided as in-house credit for future purchases. There are NO Refunds at all for any serviced-based work performed, such as design services for business cards or other print materials.

Messaging Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
